WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

Normally, we're available Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. However, this doesn't mean we won't respond to your messages outside of these hours. We'll respond as soon as we see your message.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

You can place an order by adding shoes to your cart and following the checkout instructions. We offer three payment methods:

    • PayPal
    • Bank Transfer (Currently disabled)

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact our customer service team and provide us with your order details to verify the discounted price.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHOES I ORDERED ARE OUT OF STOCK?

We'll notify you immediately if the shoes are out of stock. You'll have the option to:

      • Please wait until they are available
      • Replace your order with another product
      • Get a full refund

CAN I TRUST YOU TO SEND YOU MONEY?

You can trust us. We never cheat our customers. We want to build a long-term relationship of trust with every customer.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order before it ships.

However, if you use PayPal and decide to cancel your order, we will apply a PayPal transaction fee to the order amount.

DO YOU PROVIDE QUALITY CONTROL IMAGES OR VIDEOS?

Yes, we perform quality control and provide a video for each customer before shipping. We also recommend following us on Instagram so we can share a clear video with you.
